Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients and corporate accounts across the UAE.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR, Procurement, Marketing, Admin, and Events teams.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting, printing, and branding solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product discussions with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining healthy business margins.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and upselling business.
- Stay informed about market trends, corporate gifting products, promotional merchandise, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, printing, advertising, branding, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- UAE sales experience and an existing corporate network will be an advantage.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in dealing with corporate decision-makers.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings.
Candidates with strong general sales experience who can demonstrate B2B selling ability are also encouraged to apply.
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
