About the Role:-
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience, preferably in agency sales, to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client acquisition, business development, and relationship management, along with practical experience using AI tools to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
Candidates with proven agency sales experience and the ability to leverage AI tools in their daily sales activities will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:-
-Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive sales and business development activities.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and business partners.
-Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
-Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
-Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
-Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
-Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales performance.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
-Use AI tools to support lead generation, prospect research, personalised outreach, proposal creation, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
-Identify opportunities to automate repetitive sales tasks and improve overall productivity.
Required Qualifications and Skills:-
-3–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
-Agency sales experience is the first priority.
-Strong understanding of client acquisition, lead generation, and the complete sales cycle.
-Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms for sales-related activities.
-Ability to use AI tools to research prospects, draft outreach messages, prepare presentations, and improve sales efficiency.
-Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong client relationship management and closing skills.
-Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
