Our company is looking for a Unit Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Self: Capacity to plan, organise and control own work environment by setting;
- Decision Making: Capable of making decisions timeously and taking responsibility for the consequences;
- Coach, mentor and lead the team as well as one’s own professional development;
- Demonstrate visible management in line with the Company’s values, operating model and business strategy;
- Drive stock management processes;
- Oversee processes in the unit and escalate any areas of concern to the relevant parties;
- Audit all patient files to ensure adherence to clinical and management principles;
- Manage operational costs in line with the set budget;
- Facilitate and provide training for team members ensuring adherence to the required level of standards;
- Sponsor and drive the implementation of the patient satisfaction survey in the unit;
- Identify operational risks and trends and implement corrective action;
- Conduct relevant training, coaching, caddying and monitoring to ensure high level of productivity of recruits;
- Develop people to be future leaders and managers of Sun Life;
- Recruit qualified individuals to comprise his or her own team of financial advisors;
- Steer the team to the direction of professional and personal growth while achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
- People management;
- Leading and Managing Change: The capacity to implement and support change initiatives and to provide leadership in times of uncertainty;
- Excellent written and communication skills;
- Filipino and based within Metro Manila, Philippines;
- Computer Literacy / Basic Computer Skills;
- Operations Management;
- Handling Objections;
- Registration with SANC;
- Has an Entrepreneurial mindset and not employee mindset;
- Marketing Communications;
- Selling;
- PET Blow Moulding, PET Injection Moulding experience required;
- Strategic planning;
- Keen business sense with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
