Our company is looking for a fp & a financial manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Africa management reporting;
- Financial modelling;
- Financial planning & analysis;
- P & L analysis;
- Examine costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s verified performance contrast to the business plans;
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
- Prepare financial reports and clarify financial information to managerial staff while suggesting further courses of action;
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take;
- Maintain the financial health of the organization;
- Communicate with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken;
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Requirements:
- Advanced excel knowledge;
- 2 – 3 years’ experience (min) within the FMCG/Manufacturing/pharmaceutical environment;
- JD Edwards knowledge (preferred);
- Qualified CA(SA) / TOPP CIMA.
