Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper housekeeping practice in production operations;
- Ensure compliance to general Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements;
- Responsible for all controlled documents to compliance to TQM;
- Ensure the related engineering matter are well registered and maintain to compliance to TQM;
- Develop and manage all engineering documentation which include schematic diagram, Bill Of Materials, Engineering Change Notice, work instruction, etc;
- Optimize production process and continual improvement;
- Responsible to prove technical support and train the internal technician, Line leader, Sub-Con for the IPC knowledge;
- Problem solving for technical improvement.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an infrastructure or construction role;
- Experience in procurement and management;
- Experience with SWMS, ITP’s and quailty documentation;
- Management of sub-contractors and suppliers;
- Experience in setting out and surveying;
- Graduate of any of the following Engineering and Sciences courses: Electronics and Communications Engineering;
- Knowledge of schematic and PCB layout design and design for ROHS;
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
- Strong business acumen;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Statistics;
- Able to analyse data and attentive to detail;
- Sound knowledge of specifications related to the metering industry would be advantageous;
- Knowledge of firmware design would be advantageous;
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
