Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;
- You have a refined understanding of software and programming fundamentals regardless of language/framework;
- You are self-motivated and strive to find pragmatic, incremental paths to success, even when faced with big challenges;
- At least 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, preferably in startup and web industry;
- Experience leading software Developers, DevOps and QA teams in an Agile environment across multiple and geographically distributed teams.
