Our company is looking for a accounts executive / assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Able to perform admin support function and account activities;
- Handaling account payable and account receivable;
- Manage cash flow and monthly bank reconciliation;
- To perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignment as and when required by superior;
- Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company’s financial.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin;
- Must be able to speak and read Mandarin;
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / SPM or equivalent;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent;
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, SAP B1 and UBS;
- Possessing accounting knowledge / experience are added advantage;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya, Johor , Malaysia;
- Full-Time position(s) available.
