Executive Assistant

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy / Basic Computer Skills;
  • Business Correspondence;
  • With high level of integrity and keen to details;
  • Event organisation including HO social events organisation;
  • High degree of problem-solving ability and prompt in submitting daily, weekly, monthly and annual financial reports;
  • At least 1 year experience as Executive Assistant for Top Executive;
  • Exceptional written and oral skills;
  • Takes responsibility and ownership of his/her work;
  • Able to help in facilitating day-to-day operations in the team;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Takes instructions well;
  • Must have 3 to 5 year experience;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks;
  • Board meeting travel, accommodation and catering arrangements;
  • Can manage small – medium events.
