Our company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering sales results;
- Learning by doing, mastering the sales operation system;
- Leading a sales team;
- Achieving overall sales target;
- Develop Sales and Marketing strategy for the Lodge;
- Able to prospect and generate sales leads via cold calling or e mail;
- Assist in planning, organizing and executing the sales & marketing plan;
- Manage and retain an extensive existing clientele;
- Confident to speak to Director and C-level executives;
- Plan, lead, organise and undertake the marketing and associated activities of the hotel for local and international markets;
- Ensure strong client relationship are maintained;
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on all marketing activities;
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare and implement an annual sales plan for the local and international market;
- Experience in the use of Customer Relationship Management and data mining platforms.

- Diploma and above;
- Able to prospect and generate sales leads via cold calling or e mail;
- A thorough knowledge of international trading and applicable financial statement, contracting and other administrative procedures;
- Business Correspondence;
- English ability (fluent) both reading, writing, listening and speaking skills is required;
- Has initiative; is self-motivated, works well under pressure;
- Can handle being on the road and travelling within the metro.
