Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Uses market data and analytics to recommend marketing strategy of company assets and services;
  • Maintains existing customer relationships with a consistent professional presence;
  • Provides input to Corporate Marketing to support / enhance the global marketing model;
  • Recommends Business Unit geographic marketing;
  • Develops accurate local market intelligence and communicate to corporate marketing;
  • Works with Treasury to qualify customer’s credit-worthiness and likelihood of paying;
  • Meeting with the decision makers to close the deal;
  • Product and brand development;
  • Updating databases by using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or likewise;
  • Achieves sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency;
  • Take charge of creative online marketing and spearhead the proposal of new channels and promotional methods;
  • Cost management;
  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences;
  • Rock the targets;
  • Marketing and sales strategy for brands (local and international).

Requirements:

  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
  • Flexible to work odd hours if required and able to work under pressure;
  • Available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency as determined necessary to meet business needs;
  • Ideally a business or marketing graduate with at least four years of experience in retail/customer service/sales and leading a team;
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Proven track record of outstanding sales achievement;
  • Persuasive oral and written communication skills;
  • Degree or equivalent in a related field;
  • Excellent pc skills (Microsoft office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Able to work under time constraint;
  • Must be tech savvy and able to deal with all types of people using different channels of communication;
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships with others in order to meet objectives;
  • Communication skills;
  • Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
