OFFICE ASSISTANT – HIRING NOW

We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help maintain an organized and efficient workplace.

Job Overview

The Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting with routine office tasks, document handling, record maintenance, and providing general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with filing, photocopying, and document management
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Maintain office records and organize files
Support administrative staff with daily tasks
Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs
Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional
