Digital Operations Manager

Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to support the digital growth and commercial performance of Media Group's prestigious luxury in Dubai. The role will execute paid media, ad operations, audience operations, programmatic revenue and analytics activity across these influential brands, supporting the wider function to improve campaign performance, grow publisher revenue and deliver meaningful business impact.

Digital Marketing and Campaign Management

• Develop and execute media strategies across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and other digital platforms.

• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns to achieve KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions and ROI.

• Forecast campaign performance, budgets and delivery.

• Coordinate campaign execution with commercial, editorial and creative teams.

• Troubleshoot campaign delivery and ensure balanced pacing across creatives and schedules.

Audience and Analytics

• Build and manage audience segments using Lotame CDP/DMP.

• Analyze audience, campaign and revenue performance to identify optimization opportunities.

• Produce regular performance dashboards spanning and reports with actionable recommendations.

• Support campaign tracking and measurement.

Ad Operations and Publisher Monetization

• Manage digital advertising through Google Ad Manager, including campaign trafficking, banner setup, placements and optimization.

• Monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues and ensure campaigns deliver as planned.

• Support publisher revenue through programmatic advertising, Open Exchange, PMP and direct campaigns.

• Manage advertising technology and audience platforms including Lotame, The Trade Desk, Outbrain and others

Financial and Operational Management

• Perform monthly advertising spend and corporate credit card reconciliations.

• Support finance with campaign budget reporting.

• Improve workflows, automation and operational efficiency.

• Evaluate new advertising technologies and recommend best practices.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with commercial, editorial, product, finance and technology teams.

• Manage relationships with advertising technology vendors and creative suppliers.

• Provide technical expertise during client proposals and campaign planning.
