Operation Manager

Our client is looking for a Multi-Outlet Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations across multiple branches and ensure smooth workflow, staff performance, and stock availability.
Job Description:
- The role involves managing operations across multiple outlets, ensuring that all branches run efficiently and smoothly. This includes overseeing daily operations, supervising staff performance, and maintaining high operational standards.
- The position also requires ensuring adequate stock levels, coordinating with teams to prevent shortages, and maintaining consistency across all locations.
Job Requirements:
- We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- The ideal candidate should be able to multitask effectively, visit multiple stores on a daily basis, and ensure that both staff and operations are running smoothly.
- This includes monitoring team performance, maintaining adequate stock levels, and creating a positive, motivated work environment across all locations.
