Description:

A leading company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a new building project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing project documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth document control processes within a construction environment.

This role is suitable for a highly organized professional with strong UAE project experience who can manage documentation workflows, maintain accuracy, and coordinate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documents, records, and filing systems.

• Ensure proper document control procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review, track, and distribute technical documents to relevant teams.

• Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing documents.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

• Ensure all documentation is properly archived and easily accessible when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.

• At least 7 years of UAE (Dubai) experience.

• Previous experience working on building or construction projects.
