Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to identify potential customers, qualify leads, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
