Global Cabin Crew Recruiter & Talent Strategist

Etihad Airways is currently hiring for the position of Cabin Crew Recruitment Officer, based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified Cabin Crew members for the organization. Collaborating closely with the In-Flight Operations team, you will oversee the global sourcing and selection process, ensuring adherence to Etihad's standards, GCAA regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies. Additionally, you will focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

As a Cabin Crew Recruitment Officer, your responsibilities will include executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified Cabin Crew members in a competitive talent landscape. You will leverage aviation industry networks, job boards, social media, and other channels to source potential candidates while developing insights into target markets using data and metrics. Staying informed about competitor airline activities is crucial, as is building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective candidates. You will make location strategy recommendations for recruitment events and lead these events globally, ensuring a fair and consistent selection process. Acting as the primary contact for candidates, you will provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will focus on improving attraction and selection methodologies to secure the best aviation talent available.
