Retail Sales & Operations Coordinator - UAEN

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales & Operations Executive will support the day-to-day retail and operational activities of Vhernier in the UAE. The role will work closely with the existing operations function, boutique teams, Richemont departments and Vhernier HQ to help ensure smooth boutique operations.

This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working across stock, SAP, logistics, suppliers and general retail operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Vhernier boutiques across the UAE.

• Support stock movements, transfers, receipts and returns within SAP.

• Assist with stock counts, inventory checks and follow-up on stock discrepancies.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with boutiques, logistics teams, suppliers and HQ.

• Follow up on deliveries, shipment documentation and operational timelines.

• Create and follow up on Purchase Orders in SAP and maintain supporting documentation.

• Coordinate supplier quotations, invoices and general supplier follow-up.

• Support boutique requirements including packaging, stationery, uniforms and operational supplies.

• Maintain trackers for shipments, orders, projects and other operational activities.

• Assist with boutique openings, renovations and retail projects, including deliveries and store readiness.

• Support regular sales, stock and operational reporting.

• Liaise with internal Richemont teams including Finance, Logistics, IT, Procurement and Security as required.

• Ensure operational records and documentation are maintained accurately and in line with internal procedures.

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in retail operations, sales operations, logistics, supply chain or a similar role.

• Experience within a similar position in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion or a premium retail environment.

• Working knowledge of SAP is required.

• Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines.

• Good communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Proactive, practical and willing to support across different areas of the business.

• Fluent English is required.
