Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description: BFS Commercial Brokers is a Dubai-based business brokerage helping owners sell their running businesses and helping buyers find the right business to invest in. We're looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, run paid campaigns and bring in quality leads. This is a full-time, on-site role at our office in Barsha Heights, Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and more
- Plan and run digital campaigns for the businesses we have listed for sale
- Run and optimise paid ads on Meta and Google
- Create and manage monthly content calendars
- Track performance: leads, reach, engagement and conversions
- Generate qualified buyer and seller leads through digital campaigns
- Research target audiences, competitors and market trends
- Work with the sales team so campaigns support current listings and sales goals
- Manage ad budgets and adjust spending based on results
- Prepare regular reports with clear recommendations
- Work with our graphic designer on marketing materials
- Keep BFS branding consistent across all channels
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Google Ads is a plus)
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Comfortable with social media analytics and performance tracking
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Creative, with a good eye for detail
- Able to manage several campaigns at once and meet deadlines
- Experience in real estate, business brokerage or lead generation is an advantage
- Currently based in the UAE
