Role Overview

The CRM Executive drives client relationship strategy for Max Mara, owning personalized engagement across omnichannel touchpoints, CRM reporting and dashboards, and campaign execution tied to seasonal collections, launches, and boutique events. Working closely with Retail, Marketing, and E-commerce teams, the role requires regular store visits to stay close to the retail experience. We're looking for someone who comes in with proven CRM experience and can hit the ground running and able to pick up ownership immediately.

What you'll be doing

• Create and maintain customer data across stores, tracking specific KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly with BOH and FOH

• Execute ECRM strategy and personalized plans for customer touchpoints through omnichannel channels (SMS, newsletters, etc.)

• Manage technical/reporting side of SFMC (Salesforce), Looker, and PowerBI

• Work closely with store leaders, e-commerce, and buying teams

• Own the CRM client engagement calendar

• Communicate with key CRM stakeholders both regionally and globally

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury retail and understands that CRM extends beyond marketing it is about cultivating long-term client relationships. They are data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of translating customer insights into highly personalized experiences that reinforce the exclusivity and heritage of a luxury brand such as Max Mara. They work collaboratively with boutique teams to ensure every client interaction reflects the brand's commitment to timeless elegance and exceptional service.

• 3–5 years of CRM experience, preferably within luxury retail, premium fashion, beauty, jewelry, or hospitality.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, PowerBi, looker, Adobe Campaign, or similar.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and omnichannel CRM strategies.

• Authoritative with strong stakeholder management skills, both strategic and executional

• Excellent communicator and team player across functions (Retail, Ecommerce, Buying)

• Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple stakeholders and workstreams

• Adaptable and flexible, with regular store visits across UAE (frequency based on need)

• Comfortable training and presenting to retail teams

• Background in fashion or jewelry preferred, for familiarity with seasonality, product, and strategy
