• The Sales Assistant is responsible for generating sales and ensuring a positive customer experience by maintaining store standards, assisting customers with relevant product information, and executing operational duties as assigned by the store management team. The role plays a critical part in enhancing the company's reputation and driving repeat business.

Store Environment

• Creates a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to dress code.

Customer Interaction

• Greets customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business-like greeting.
• Provides customers with current relevant information about the product.
• Sincerely thanks all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invites them back.

Sales and Service

• Provides quality service in the fitting rooms, follows up with customers in a timely manner, maintains cash wrap cleanliness and attempts to add on to the sale.
• Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers gift cards, maintains cash wrap cleanliness, and captures customer information in the database.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in using CAD tools for visual and plan designs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• High School Degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) packages, such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator or Photoshop to create visuals and plans.
• Good verbal communication skills, some heavy lifting, and the ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
