Waitress - Russian Speaker

We are expanding our hospitality team and looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Waiters and Waitresses who are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Provide menu guidance and upsell when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role (UAE experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, grooming standards, and professional behavior.
