Business Development Manager (Russian Speaker)

Business Development Manager (PrimeBox)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-time
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base for PrimeBox.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, lead generation channels, and potential client partnerships.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Lead contract negotiations and close agreements to maximise profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development activities with company-wide objectives.
Represent VN Capital Partners and PrimeBox at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in logistics, technology, or a related sector is highly desirable.
