Role Summary

We require aSr.Content Programming Manager to help provide high quality, creative movie and TV programming for our clients including Hollywood, International, and Western TV content programming. To coordinate betweenteamsensuringthat all the content is suitable for the specific client needs and requests and compliant with the airlines’ editorial guidelines. To work closely with ourclientsassistingthem andto providean excellent service. You will be working to tight deadlines to ensureaccuratecontent delivery.

WhatYou’llBe Doing

• Analyzeand research programming options, liaise with distributors to gather data aboutnew contentavailable for licensing to clients
• Screen ing of programming optionsfrom a suitability perspective and creating warning notesand leading discussions with colleagues and clients, providing guidance and quality control on team members' recommendations
• Prepare and present strategic programming recommendations for clients, continually enhancing the creative direction and quality of programming across the portfolio
• Act as a key liaison with UK and International offices, sister companies, and third-party suppliers on contentselection, delivery, and broader strategic alignment
• Develop andmaintainclose customer relations, negotiate and influence their content choices to maximize margins
• Proactively manage and develop relationships with all external content suppliers.
• Monitor compliance with contracts with the Client Account Management team
• Identifystrategies for deal structures and liaise with commercial finance
• Occasionally negotiate competitive license fees
• Developadditionalrevenues out of the existing customer base with new programming and the promotion of other Anuvu services
• Assistin the evaluation of trends andestablishgoals consistent with industry growth
• Provide programmingexpertiseto the sales support and account management functions for proposal and tender generation.
• Contribute to departmental strategy, process improvement, and best practice development
• Develop and present content strategy presentations, leading client meetings to communicate recommendations and drive strategic discussions.
• Analyze content performance and audience engagement data to develop data-driven content proposals and recommendations.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work against tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with deep knowledge of and passion for Movies, TV, and social media
• Significant,demonstratedexperience in a similar programming/content role, including experience negotiating complex deals and managing key client relationships

Skills/Interests

• Highly experienced negotiator withstrong communication, customer service, and influencing skills
• Strong administrative skills including writing and proofreading
• Strong working knowledge of digital content, technology, and emerging platforms
• Creative flair with the ability to communicate new, agile ideas and drive innovation within the team
• Working experience in Middle Eastern or Asian cultures preferred
• Foreign languages spoken a plus
• Proventrack recordof managing client relationships
