Accounting Manager - Transactions

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day transactional accounting operations including AP, AR, bank/cash, intercompany, and employee expenses
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with IFRS and company policies
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes related to transactional accounting
- Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial transactions
- Oversee banking transactions and support cash flow reporting and treasury operations
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and increase automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial control frameworks
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA, or equivalent)
- Experience within multinational organizations in offshore services, energy, oil & gas, marine, or engineering industries
