تبحث جهة حكومية في إمارة عجمان عن مدير قسم متابعة الإيرادات للانضمام إلى فريقها، وقيادة أعمال متابعة وتحصيل الإيرادات الحكومية، وإدارة عمليات الذمم المستحقة، والتقارير المالية، والمطابقات، والعمليات المرتبطة ببوابة الدفع الذكي.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

الإشراف على متابعة الجهات الحكومية بشأن تحصيل الإيرادات والذمم المستحقة واعتماد الخطط السنوية لمتابعة الإيرادات العامة.

تحليل الانحرافات بين الأداء المالي الفعلي والمخطط، واعتماد المقترحات المتعلقة بتحصيل الديون والذمم المتعثرة والمتأخرة.

الإشراف على متابعة تحصيل الإيرادات من الضرائب والامتيازات والرقابة عليها.

قيادة تطوير المعايير والنماذج الخاصة بقياس الإيرادات والتنبؤ بها على المدى القصير والمتوسط والطويل.

مراجعة واعتماد النماذج الإحصائية والتقارير الخاصة بالإيرادات الحكومية.

الإشراف على تطوير وتحديث أدلة ترميز وتصنيف الأصول والمواد والخدمات .

إدارة نشر الخدمات والرسوم الحكومية المعتمدة على بوابة الرسوم الحكومية.

الإشراف على إعداد ومراجعة التقارير الموحدة للإيرادات الحكومية وتقديم التوصيات التطويرية.

الإشراف على الفواتير والضمانات البنكية الخاصة بشركاء بوابة الدفع الذكي .

الإشراف على العمليات اليومية والدورية للبوابة، بما في ذلك المطابقات المالية وتحويل الأموال معالجـة الفروقات بين المبالغ المحصلة والمسجلة والموردة للحسابات البنكية.

قيادة وتقييم أداء فريق العمل، ووضع مؤشرات الأداء والمستهدفات التشغيلية بما يتوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للدائرة.

الإشراف على خطط التدريب، واستمرارية الأعمال (BCP)، وتحليل أثر الأعمال (BIA)، وإدارة مخاطر القسم.
