Communications & Corporate Partnership Coordinator

Ajman Coop is looking for a qualified and experienced Communications & Corporate Partnership Coordinator to join its team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting corporate activities.

The selected candidate will assist with communication tasks, coordinate partnerships, manage administrative responsibilities, and support daily operations. Candidates with previous experience as a Secretary or Coordinator and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support corporate communication activities and partnership coordination.

• Manage administrative tasks and maintain organized records.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as required.

• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination activities.

• Ensure smooth communication between departments and partners.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Secretary or Coordinator.

• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
