Building Manager

The Building Manager will assume full on-ground operational responsibility for CO-2 and CO-3, two residential

buildings in Ajman along with the commercial space that the buildings entail. The role is accountable for the

operation, maintenance, physical condition, presentation, safety, regulatory compliance and continuous

improvement of both buildings, including all common areas, shared facilities, building infrastructure and

outsourced service providers.

This is a hands-on management role requiring strong operational ownership, technical understanding,

commercial awareness and the ability to establish professional building-management systems. The successful

candidate will be expected not merely to maintain the existing condition of the properties, but to identify

deficiencies independently and progressively raise their overall operational and physical standard.

Individual residential units and landlord-side leasing activities are managed separately and fall outside the direct

scope of this position.
