Customer Service Representative

E& CX Solutions is looking for motivated and customer-focused  Customer Service Representatives to join its expanding team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, along with the ability to provide outstanding customer service across multiple channels. Candidates with previous banking or call center experience will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat support accurately and efficiently.

• Promote products, services, and special offers while identifying customer needs.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication.

• Meet quality standards, productivity goals, and performance targets.

• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when required.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in customer service, outbound sales, telesales, or call centers is preferred.

• Excellent banking experience is highly desirable.

• Positive attitude with strong adaptability and willingness to learn.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
