Description:

Zed Capital is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its growing real estate team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with a strong accounting background and hands-on experience in the UAE real estate sector.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete accounting cycle, prepare financial reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company’s financial operations. Candidates with expertise in real estate accounting and brokerage operations will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, cash flow forecasts, and profit and loss reports.

• Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue payments.

• Process invoices and prepare regular financial reports for management.

• Handle WPS salary processing and manage commission calculations and payouts.

• Support cash flow planning to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy liquidity.

• Prepare VAT calculations and submissions while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

• Support external audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and financial practices.

• Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.

• In-depth understanding of brokerage operations, including sales, leasing, and property management.

• Experience working with real estate developers is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Zoho Accounting is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • UAE accounting standards and financial reporting

 • VAT compliance and WPS salary processing

 • Real estate brokerage operations and Zoho Accounting
