Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fencing, access control, and CCTV installation projects for a large government entity in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent sites across the region, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and oversee multiple construction sites simultaneously, ensuring efficient project execution and resource allocation across all locations
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate fencing, access control, and CCTV installation projects from inception through completion
• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, timelines, and scope documentation; track expenditures and manage cost controls
• Lead, supervise, and mentor construction teams and subcontractors; conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with company standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify work meets specifications, safety standards, and government entity requirements
• Analyze project data and technical specifications for fencing systems, access control mechanisms, and CCTV infrastructure
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, clients, and vendors to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain professional relationships
• Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and security protocols across all project sites
• Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and project deliverables to senior management and government representatives
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services; negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience in construction management, with demonstrated expertise in fencing, access control, and CCTV installation projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction sites simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control technologies and CCTV infrastructure design and installation
• Proficiency with project management software, CAD applications, and construction management systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing diverse teams and subcontractors
• Comprehensive understanding of construction safety regulations, OSHA standards, and local UAE safety requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with government entities and stakeholders
• Valid safety certifications (OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent recognized certification)
• Preferred: Experience with government contracts and familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards
• Preferred: Certifications in access control systems or CCTV installation technologies
• Preferred: Experience managing security infrastructure projects for government or large institutional clients
