Our client is seeking a talented and driven ProductDesigner to play a key role in shaping innovative, next-generation digitalproducts. This is a hands-on position where you will work across the fulldesign lifecycle, helping translate complex technologies into intuitive,user-friendly experiences.
You will act as a strategic partner to Product andEngineering teams, ensuring that design decisions align with both user needsand business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the end-to-end designprocess for core digital products, from concept to delivery
- Createwireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that deliverintuitive user experiences
- Collaborateclosely with Product Managers and Engineers to influence product strategy andfeature prioritization
- Communicatedesign concepts clearly and align cross-functional stakeholders on vision andexecution
- Facilitateworkshops and collaborative sessions to solve complex design challenges
- Conductuser research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improveproducts
- Advocatefor user-centered design principles and ensure the voice of the user isrepresented in all decisions
- Workclosely with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
- Contributeto and elevate the organization’s design standards, processes, and culture
- Stayup to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum4+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI)
- Strongportfolio showcasing end-to-end design of digital products or softwareapplications
- Bachelor’sdegree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field(preferred)
- Proficiencyin modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Strongunderstanding of user-centered design principles and product thinking
- Experienceconducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights intodesign decisions
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills
- Abilityto work in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity with confidence
- Provenability to take ownership and drive projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienceworking in tech companies , including startups or high-growthenvironments
- Exposureto AI-powered products, enterprise platforms, or data-driven applications
- Stronginterest in prototyping and experimenting with new ideas
- Basictechnical understanding of front-end development concepts
