Document Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in document control within the UAE and preferably be fluent in Arabic to facilitate communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update document control systems ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  
• Manage document registration issue control transmittal and distribution.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for document management.
  
• Coordinate with project teams consultants and contractors to streamline document workflows.
  
• Implement document control procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
  
• Assist in audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.
  
• Ensure proper classification storage and retrieval of documents.
  
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including Arabic-speaking clients.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control preferably in the UAE.
  
• Proficiency in document management systems (e.g. Asite Aconex SharePoint).
  
• Strong understanding of document control procedures and compliance standards .
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English (required).
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
