ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
Join our Coty Emirates team as a Sales Graduate Trainee and drive sales performance while supporting our dedicated team of Beauty Advisors (our retail staff). This position offers a unique chance to work closely with leading beauty brands enhancing your leadership skills and building handson expertise in retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sellout performance MTD and YTD per store and SKU. Consolidate daily sales from retail staff and track progress toward individual targets.
- Field Supervision: Ensure that BAs adhere to company standards regarding scheduling discipline attitude and grooming through regular field checks.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with shop floor teams to gather data and insights that enhance performance.
- Scheduling & App Utilization: Oversee BA scheduling and leverage the BA app to track individual performance metrics.
- Competitive Analysis: Compile reports on competitor activities including BA presence visuals and instore best practices.
- Brand Image & Compliance: Ensure brand presentation aligns with company standards across stores.
- Maintenance Coordination: Follow up on any maintenance requirements for each store location.
Candidate Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in Business Retail Management or a related field.
- Strong interest in the beauty industry and retail operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
