Event & operations Coordinator (UAE National)

As an Events & Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through the successful execution of events, communications, and operational activities. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you'll help ensure projects are delivered seamlessly while supporting business growth and customer engagement.

What You'll do

Coordinate and execute customer events, exhibitions, product launches, and internal events.
Manage event logistics, timelines, suppliers, and branding requirements.
Support branding initiatives across customer touchpoints and company locations.
Coordinate communication materials, invitations, and business updates.
Maintain commercial activity calendars and support cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

UAE National with a valid Family Book.
6 months to 2 years of experience in event management, marketing coordination, or a related field.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
