Job Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, activations, and sponsorships.
• Liaise with event vendors, production teams, and agency partners to manage logistics and on-ground delivery.
• Coordinate marketing requirements for retail branches, including posters, digital screens, and signage updates.
• Manage merchandise and gifting logistics, including inventory and distribution.
• Ensure all physical materials are in line with brand guidelines.
• Maintain event and production calendars and support budgeting and invoicing processes.
• Support internal approvals for campaigns and events with legal, compliance, and business units.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Experience

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Familiarity with production and printing processes, event logistics, and vendor management.
