Senior HR Systems & AI Transformation Lead

A leading investment institution in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced HR Enablement Manager to lead initiatives in HR systems, data, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will drive process automation, optimise ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, and implement AI-enabled capabilities to enhance HR operations. A degree in HR or a related field and significant experience in HR systems are required. This hands-on role focuses on delivering high-quality data and tools for business leaders.
