We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department with recruitment, employee records, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining employee information, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Requirements
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to handle confidential information
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Qualifications
Previous HR or administrative experience
