We at Align Staffing Solutions, a proud part of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment and the esteemed recipient of the Worker Welfare Award at Expo 2020, present in UAE, UK & KSA are hiring for Human Resource Specialist
Role - The ideal candidate will be sourcing CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing employee services. Tasks also involve facilitating training programs to enhance team capabilities. Efficiently handling these duties ensures smooth HR operations and fosters a productive work environment.
Requirements-
- 2 – 4 years relevant experience; additional UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates must have a good command of English and Arabic, with reading and writing skills.
Working Days & Hours- 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, with Fridays being 4.5 hours
