Full job description
We are looking for an H.R Assistant, who can join immediately in our team.
- Screening and sourcing the candidates
- Maintain bio-metric system in different office locations and generate daily attendance report. Coordinate with timekeeper for daily site staff daily attendance and update in the system on daily basis.
- Assist in Monthly payroll Preparation, overtime, addition and deletion of employee’s name and bank details.
- Assist in preboarding and onboarding process.
- Monitoring the validity of staff visas, Work Permits, and passports to renew or extend it before the expiry date.
