Responsibilities
- Help and build relationships with customers in public spaces like LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and data Slack communities
- Provide help to Metabase users using open source and for-fee products
- Answer user questions on the discourse forum
- Collaborate with the writing team to improve documentation
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for customer content
- Act as the face of Metabase during webinars or in-person events
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience writing production code or administering systems
- Experience with data visualization or data analytics tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Expertise in at least one of: running Metabase on various OS, networking/web applications, server management (Docker, AWS, GCP), or database management with strong SQL skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Metabase
- Fluency in multiple languages
