Description:

A newly established company in Dubai is looking for an experienced and proactive PRO Officer to manage government-related procedures and public relations activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE government portals and the ability to independently handle company documentation and approvals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing visa processes, government applications, renewals, and official documentation while ensuring smooth coordination with relevant authorities. Candidates who are organized, reliable, and available to join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all PRO-related activities and government transactions independently.

• Manage MOHRE, Immigration, Emirates ID, medical, visa processing, and related procedures.

• Process company documents, renewals, applications, and approvals.

• Coordinate with government departments and relevant authorities.

• Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of government-related requirements.

• Provide support for official submissions and administrative procedures.

• Maintain compliance with UAE regulations and company requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous UAE experience as a PRO is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and procedures.

• Experience handling MOHRE, Immigration, Emirates ID, medical, and visa processes.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
