Description:

Imdaad is looking for an Executive – Employee Relations to join its Human Capital team in the UAE. This role is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about creating a positive workplace environment and supporting employees through effective relationship management and welfare initiatives.

The successful candidate will handle employee relations activities, manage employee support services, ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations matters and provide timely assistance to employees.

• Administer medical insurance, GPAs, employee welfare programs, and related services according to company policies and service standards.

• Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes when required.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth employee services.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.

• Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.

• Experience in insurance administration, claims handling, Workmen’s Compensation, death claims, Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) processing, and stakeholder coordination.

• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Strong knowledge of:

• Employee relations and HR operations.

• UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements.

• Insurance administration, employee welfare, and stakeholder management.
