*Location:* Dubai, UAE (Field + Office - Must be in Dubai) | *Exp:* 2-3 Years BD/Sales in Interior Fit-Out in Dubai Mandatory
*Salary:* AED 4,000 - 5,000 + High Incentives + Commission + Benefits | *Joining:* Immediate Preferred
Leading Interior Fit-Out Company in Dubai - Premium Commercial Projects - is hiring a BD Executive.
*What We Need - Mandatory:*
- 2-3 Years BD / Sales in Interior Fit-Out in Dubai, UAE - Must have UAE experience
- Strong Dubai market knowledge & client network - Corporate offices, Retail, F&B, Commercial, Hospitality fit-out
- Proven in lead generation & conversion - Cold calling, networking, referrals
- Build & maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers
- Prepare proposals, quotations & client presentations - Commercials + technical
- Target-oriented - Proven track record of achieving monthly sales goals
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation - English must, Arabic plus
*Do Not Apply If You Don't Have:*
- Dubai interior fit-out sales experience - This is not a general sales role
- Dubai client network in fit-out - Corporate / Retail / F&B
*Preferred Background:*
- Interior Fit-Out Companies in UAE - Top Priority
- Construction / MEP / Civil Finishing / Furniture / Joinery / Building Materials with fit-out exposure
*Tools:* MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Mandatory | AutoCAD / CRM - Added advantage
*License:* Valid UAE Driving License - Added advantage | Own / transferable visa preferred
