We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-oriented Outdoor Sales / Business Development Executive (Male) to develop new business opportunities, generate leads, meet customers, and increase sales. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, customer meetings, and regular travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular outdoor visits to meet potential and existing customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
• Introduce and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective clients.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, delivery, and customer support.
• Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and business meetings when required.

Requirements

• Male candidates preferred.
• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in outdoor sales, field sales, business development, or marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
