Description:

Archpix Engineering Consultants is seeking a skilled and experienced Fit-out Site Engineer to join its on-site team in Dubai. The company specializes in delivering modern architectural and interior design solutions across Dubai and the MENA region, combining creativity, innovation, and technical excellence to produce outstanding project results.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising interior fit-out projects from execution through completion, ensuring every stage meets design specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and client expectations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and previous UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the on-site execution of interior fit-out projects while ensuring compliance with approved designs and client requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.

• Coordinate closely with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review architectural drawings, technical plans, and project specifications to guide construction activities.

• Prepare and verify detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity calculations with the project team.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and smooth project execution.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track.

• Communicate effectively with the design and engineering teams regarding project updates and modifications.

• Stay informed about the latest construction materials, technologies, and industry practices.

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, engineering standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Applied Arts with a major in Interior Design & Furniture.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site execution is mandatory.

• Experience supervising renovation, space planning, and new interior construction projects.

• Ability to meet clients, review plans and drawings, and ensure project requirements are fulfilled.

• Experience preparing BOQs and detailed quantity calculations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail with a creative approach to project execution.

• Good understanding of the complete project lifecycle from engineering execution to project handover.

• Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and workforce teams.
