Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Development

Design build and deploy robust AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems

Continuously evaluate and refine models to optimize performance and reliability
Data Engineering & Analysis
-
Clean analyze and transform raw data into usable training and validation sets
-
Design data pipelines and identify new data sources to enhance model effectiveness
-
Drive experimentation and hypothesis testing with statistical rigor
Cloud & DevOps Integration
-
Deploy AI/ML models on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP)

Optimize performance for scalability and real-time applications
-
Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows
Technical Leadership & Collaboration

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
-
Document system designs code and technical decisions for knowledge sharing

Work in agile sprints and communicate progress with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science AI Machine Learning Data Science or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models
- Proficient with Python or R and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch or scikit-learn

Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS GCP Azure)

Solid understanding of algorithms model evaluation and statistical principles

Strong analytical thinking problem-solving and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred / Nice to Have

Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Machine Learning Azure AI Engineer etc.)

Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments

Prior involvement in client-facing roles or solution design for external stakeholders

Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring frameworks
