Director, Marketing Operations

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary connection between marketing and clinic operations, translating campaigns into executable plans
- Partner with local clinic leadership to ensure consistent implementation of patient-facing materials
- Resolve operational barriers such as staffing, scheduling, and intake processes affecting marketing activation
- Build repeatable playbooks and toolkits for national and local marketing campaigns
- Own the operational brand calendar and marketing engagement standards
- Create and operationalize patient acquisition programs to drive qualified demand
- Own clinical volume KPIs including new patient volume and appointment conversion
- Translate volume trends and capacity constraints into marketing recommendations
- Partner with clinical leadership to develop accurate patient education resources
- Manage the Community Manager to oversee local partner and patient engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in marketing operations, healthcare/clinical operations, or practice management
- Proven experience translating marketing strategy into operational execution across multiple locations
- Experience partnering with clinical, provider, or medical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting and business outcomes
- Proficiency with CRM, dashboards, and project management tools
