Sales Director

The Sales Director role at HPIPL is a contract, remote position responsible for leading sales strategy and execution for smart parking solutions across India and selected international markets. Day-to-day activities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. The Sales Director will collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful project delivery, maintain high client satisfaction, and support long-term partnerships. The role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, guiding sales operations, and providing leadership and mentorship to the sales team. The Sales Director will also analyze market trends, contribute to pricing and go-to-market strategies, and represent HPIPL at virtual meetings, industry events, and partner discussions as required.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of driving revenue growth and securing strategic partnerships.
• Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process optimization.
• Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to maintain long-term client relationships and support solution-driven engagements.
• Demonstrated Team Management skills, including leading, coaching, and motivating geographically distributed sales teams.
• Background in infrastructure, mobility, smart city solutions, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort in remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract capacity, managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
