Tad-Beer is hiring an Operations & Marketing Officer to support its growing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating domestic helper operations, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth service delivery while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in domestic helper services or related operational fields will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the recruitment and deployment process of domestic helpers.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government regulations.

• Schedule domestic helper arrivals, orientations, and operational activities.

• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Follow up on visa renewals, cancellations, and end-of-service procedures.

• Support daily operations and maintain effective coordination between teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in domestic helpers field or a related industry.
