Our client is a payment service provider that enables businesses to accept and send payments worldwide. Their platform serves industries including e-commerce, gaming, IT and software services, retail, Forex, and crypto, helping businesses process transactions securely and expand into new markets.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and develop partnerships in the fintech and payments sector. You will work with international clients, manage the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and contribute to the growth of the business. The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first outreach to contract signing and first transaction activation.
Develop and close international B2B deals within the payments, crypto processing, and related fintech sectors.
Use inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and your professional network to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Manage sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers across different markets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reporting, and forecasting.
Contribute to improving and scaling sales processes.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager, SDR Specialist, Business Development Representative, or in a similar sales role.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably within fintech, payments, crypto, Forex, ecommerce, IT, or other related industries.
Experience working with international clients across different markets.
Proven ability to manage the sales process from initial outreach to closing.
Experience working with CRM systems, sales pipelines, reporting, and sales process optimization.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
